Received an item and am very happy but ebay says i havent and instructed seller to provide refund

Have paid for and received an item, a driver picked it up as it was collection only, but ebay refuses to believe ive received it because a bar code wasnt scanned. Unfortunately i no longer have email with bar code on it. I dont know how to contact ebay to tell them ive received the item and that i do not want a refund. Perhaps someone could advise how i can sort this out.

Contact the seller to finalise the transaction,  they do not need this code,  by marking the item paid and dispatched.
