Undelivered items

Two items ordered have passed their due delivery dates. I'm skeptical about the items because I can no longer see their images under my purchases. When I tried to track them, royalmail said they don't recognise the number. What could this mean?

It means an invalid tracking number was entered.

If a reasonable time passes your item's last estimated date for delivery,  then open cases for items not received in the Resolution Centre.  One case for each item.

Escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand.

Do not close the case early,  on any excuse or promise from the seller,  and do not forget to escalate.
