Not all sellers here in the UK sell intenrationally.  Did the seller sell to Namibia?

On their listing check they are a worldwide seller,  then beside click on the link and see if your country is there amongst the ones your seller posts to.

If it isn't you will not receive your items,  you will not be able to pay your seller.
