The parcel I returned reached the seller weeks ago,had to open a case cos buyer did'nt answer messages about refund,then they eventually said "just saw your message,i was about to refund you but you opened a case so eBay will pay your refund",and still nothing has been said about refunding me and trying to get in touch is impossible when I don't use a phone,it's automated **bleep**.looks like trading standards will have to step in,this is illegal surely! ... I paid nearly £50 for a dress sold 'like new' which I'm unhappy with, the dress is stained, tatty and ripped. There are now so many sellers from China stating that they are in the UK (usually London, because that's the only city they know of), when it is patently obvious to anyone that they are actually in China!! It seems to me that eBay is loathe to lose these sellers, many of whom have appalling feedback ratings. How bad does a seller have to be before eBay removes them for telling lies to and ignoring buyers?? ... View more

I bought a boiling water tap as bnib last November, in preparation for my kitchen refit. Yesterday the plumber arrived to fit it. Everything in the box looked brand new, the filter, tank and tap. But upon fitting the tap was leaking from inside the body of the tap. My plumber has taken it apart to find limescale build up inside the tap itself. Hi All, I'm in the process of starting to sell on eBay again after a break of a number of years and would really appreciate a bit of advice on a couple of questions linked to selling internationally please. Firstly although I've read countless posts I've been unable to work out if paying for my parcel to go to the Ebay GSP depot prior to going abroad is down to me or am I able to charge this to the buyer ?  Secondly do I need to get an EORI number ?
