I paid nearly £50 for a dress sold 'like new' which I'm unhappy with, the dress is stained, tatty and ripped. I received the dress a month ago for my little girls christening, I noticed the stains straight away but thought I will get the dress dry cleaned, I've come today to take the dress to the dry cleaners and realised its ripped and really tatty. What are my options ? I've messaged the seller but no response as yet.
