The parcel I returned reached the seller weeks ago,had to open a case cos buyer did'nt answer messages about refund,then they eventually said "just saw your message,i was about to refund you but you opened a case so eBay will pay your refund",and still nothing has been said about refunding me and trying to get in touch is impossible when I don't use a phone,it's automated **bleep**.looks like trading standards will have to step in,this is illegal surely!
