I measured wrong and bought the wrong label with Royal Mail. Can I get refund to put towards bigger postage cost? I got 3.20 small parcel and it measured Medium.

I made a mistake with a listing and when I contacted my 'Buy it Now' customer we agreed to cancel the sale and I refunded the payment. I have tried to relist the item but it will not list. Is this normal?
