I bought a boiling water tap as bnib last November, in preparation for my kitchen refit. Yesterday the plumber arrived to fit it. Everything in the box looked brand new, the filter, tank and tap. But upon fitting the tap was leaking from inside the body of the tap. My plumber has taken it apart to find limescale build up inside the tap itself. Therefore it's not new.
Is there anything I can do about this. It cost £300!!
