Hello I sold a swiss automatic watch to a buyer and he wore it and had it for 20 days, he said he wanted to return it as not working and not as described as its missing the winding stem and crown. I was advised to accept the return which I did and it was returned broken with those missing parts. Now it will cost me at least half the amount of the watches value for replacement parts and fitting. Anybody got any ideas on my next course of action please ? Many thanks

I am due to send an item back for false description. I have printed the relevant postage labels, however the seller is no longer active. How can I be sure that after I return the item I will actually get a refund and not ignored? Thanks

Hi, I have received exactly the same item football shirt twice from 2 seperate people with 2 different addresses. I have looked at both the seller id's on ebay and 1 doesn't excist and the 1 that does has sold 5 items all of which are baby bits? I've checked my bank and PayPal accounts and no money is missing. I have also checked my brought items and they have definately not been purchased by me. Has anyone had this done to them , I'm thinking this is a scam? Ive changed my Ebay password and security questions. Any advice woukd be appreciated!

I can't seem to get in touch with a customer advisor. I sold a plant and posted immediately. Photographed and sent as listing. Green leaf, full roots, packaged carefully to within an inch of its life. I have just been informed 3 weeks later that it has now died. The roots look like it has been grossly overwatered and are now a mushy mess. Buyer says it's classed as faulty and has gone through ebay to get his money back. I'm really cross as I have no idea what conditions it was kept in. I have offered a partial refund but he says ebay will find in his favour. Where do I stand? Thanks

Hi I wish I could block out collection only items for sale. As I cannot drive so cannot collect. Is there a suggestion box/ email for ebay that I could put this in?? As I have to look through hundreds of listings to find the ones with. P+p

Hi all, Just a casual thought as I was listing items. I always leave feedback whether buying or selling, and I noticed that I have left over 15,000 feedback ratings, and received around 5,000 less in return. That is an astonishing figure. As sellers strive for positive feedback, it's a little unfair that those presumably successful transactions have no record. Would anyone think it viable for eBay to automatically leave feedback to acknowledge those sales after the 90 day period is up? In my case it's a figure that could almost double my current rating. It's not a complaint, just an observation. Stay safe everyone, Chris

I sold an item in June. The buyer said the item was faulty and said they have returned it. I'm now in possesion of a letter from Royal Mail proving they have not returned the item. The buyer also had the cheek to leave a negative feedback.

Hi I was wondering if someone could help me I purchased something of a seller who disappeared off eBay after I opened a case and now I am 371 pound out of pocket, there seems to be no way of actually contacting eBay. Just says the case is closed.
