Hi I was wondering if someone could help me I purchased something of a seller who disappeared off eBay after I opened a case and now I am 371 pound out of pocket, there seems to be no way of actually contacting eBay. Just says the case is closed.
eBay are not great when this sort of thing happens. If you paid using Paypal you can open a case with them here:

Escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days. If you paid using direct card payment ring your card provider and see if they can help.
