Hello
I sold a swiss automatic watch to a buyer and he wore it and had it for 20 days, he said he wanted to return it as not working and not as described as its missing the winding stem and crown.
I was advised to accept the return which I did and it was returned broken with those missing parts. Now it will cost me at least half the amount of the watches value for replacement parts and fitting.
Anybody got any ideas on my next course of action please ?
