Collection only or delivery

Hi I wish I could block out collection only items for sale. As I cannot drive so cannot collect.  Is there a suggestion box/ email  for ebay that I could put this in?? 
As I have to look through hundreds of listings to find the ones with. P+p

I have tried the advance search but there is options of either free postage or collection in person and seeing that a lot of the collection in person has free postage also in listing. They still come up. So there should be a p+p option just for deliveries. Only.
