I have sold 2 books Individually. Both times ebay state my cash is in hold untill I confirm delivery. This is stupid as the buyer can retract the money then I have no cash or item. I have not sent either book and I won't until I receive payment. This is causing issues. Why have I not received payment immediately as normal?

Hi, selling manager is asking for info for new VAT regulations. I have tried to add 20% on individual listings but it is still in to do list. I have tried to upload the completed report 4 times and it will not upload. I have added VAT number in manage my shop to be shown on all listings but amount of uncompliant listings in to do list still the same. What is it asking me to do to be compliant? Can't find any specific instructions in help or info pages. Tried to contact CS, no response, unavailable.

I was entering in my bank account details for eBay to use when I sell an item but I really don't understand why I should sign up for a direct debit with eBay when I don't actually incur monthly costs???

I went to pay by paypal. But this statement came up when I want to pay. 'The merchant has requested an authorisation for this payment and the final payment amount may change when the merchant completes the order.' What does this mean? Does it means that the final price will be different form the price that I have in the check out? I am having an outright purchase. Any feedback is apprecieated.

Hi, Ive had several emails and even a voice mail from Utah, about this. The email says action needed, please update the information requested. I don't want to put my acccount details and sort code on my account, is there anything else i can do, ebay has my money, but wont release it until I've updated my bank details. T.I A steve

Does anyone know if it's possible to go back in to a description that already had bids on it to add an important addition to the item. It seems to be blocked and won't let us add anything

Hi, Don't know if anyone else has had this problem, I have been trying to leave feed back , I usually click the account icon and then feedback icon and the feedback screen comes up, but for some reason when I click the feedback icon all that comes up is the reply to feedback screen. Has ebay changed something?

I sold an item for £7 plus £3 courier charge recently but ebay have only paid £4.92 into my bank account I am still trying to find a way to actually speak to someone about it to find out why they havent paid the correct amount into my bank account Has anyone else had this problem ?
