Hi all ive purchased a item on ebay but its not in my purchase history i dont know if the seller even has my address i dont want to contact the seller as if thhey know thheres a problem they may not send the item thhe money has gone from my account and ive been trying to contact ebay but as normal thhere is no option for this what thhe hell driving me mad atm the only trace i can find is this you can see the cpu in the picture any help would be great thanks dougie     ... As the subject says. Though I do get some, just not important ones! I seem to only get notifications of messages from sellers and even then they go into my junk folder though that is an issue with Outlook mail. Recently I made an offer on an item, I was not notified when the seller responded to my offer with a counter offer and so I missed it due to timing out. They then sent me a private offer and again I did not get any email notifications, even in junk, to let me know about it. I missed out on that too due to timing out. That seller has been very patient and we have finally completed the transaction but all the time wasted could have been avoided if the email notifications were being sent to me by eBay! I can not find anything in the communications settings on my account to make sure it is enabled properly. I also can not report this technical issue to eBay directly as their contact us options do not include any options for technical issues with the service. Any ideas what I can do? ... View more

WHY IS IT THEN WHEN YOU WIN AN AUCTION AND YOU COLLECT THE ITEM AND PAY CASH THAT EBAY REGISTER A NON PAYMENT STRIKE AGAINST YOU? CLEARLY EBAY ARE UP THEIR OWN BACKSIDE IN THIS INSTANCE. I HAVE TWO NON PAYMENT STRIKES AGAINST ME WHICH PREVENTS ME FROM BIDDING ON ITEMS. EBAY  TOLD ME WHO THE EBAYERS ARE THAT HAVE REGISTERED THE NON PAYMENT STRIKES AGAINST ME. BOTH EBAYERS HAD ITEMS LISTED WHICH I PERSONALLY COLLECTED AND PAID CASH FOR. WHEN I CONTACTED BOTH OF THESE MEMBERS (NATURALLY) THEY BECAME HIGH RATE AND ANNOYED ABOUT THE ALLEGATION MADE BY EBAY BECAUSE THEY BOTH CLAIMED THAT I HAD COLLECTED THE GOODS AND PAID CASH AND THAT THEY NEVER EVER ENTERED A NON PAYMENT STRIKE AGAINST ME. Hi,   Seen this asked a few weeks ago and it didn't seem to get answered fully. Someone was querying the following item 181752438917 and why it was not eligible under eBay Money Back Guarantee, both responses said it was and where did they get the idea it wasn't.   After browsing a few different items today I've seen the same thing, items listed as not eligible under the coverage section (near the top under refunds) but also listed with shop with confidence tag at the top right corner of the listing.   Can anyone clarify? ...
