I recently brought something from a seller and the money has been taken out of my account however I didnt get sent any type of reciept and the order isn't even in my purchase history and then I get a email from eBay saying the payment hasn't gone through and I need to pay again using a link, when I click on the link it says the page isn't available and I the product is gone. I'm so confused and don't know what to do
Did that message come through eBay messaging, and address you by your full name not just your username ID. ?
Be careful that it is not a phishing email.
Contact eBay Customer Services, they can verify if they did send it, if they did, they can advise you of your next steps to take here.

It's definitely a scam email then, eBay ALWAYS address you by your full name. Send it to spoof@ebay.com. Now, if you did click on a link you are in danger of this scammer having access to your accounts. So change passwords on all accounts you own , especially your email account. Keep a close eye on all accounts for the following months, for any untoward activity.
