missing money

Hi all ive purchased a item on ebay but its not in my purchase history i dont know if the seller even has my address i dont want to contact the seller as if thhey know thheres a problem they may not send the item thhe money has gone from my account and ive been trying to contact ebay but as normal thhere is no option for this what thhe hell driving me mad atm the only trace i can find is this

Yes, 'Guest' (not signed in) purchases will have your correct Address details but will not appear in your eBay account Purchase history ? ... if you paid through eBay checkout  using a Card or available funds, you will have more success if you use the PayPal Resolution Centre to raise an 'Item not received' case there ... otherwise contact your Bank Card issuer for advice >

If the item is there on that page then click on it and see what it says.

You should be able to open a not received from there.

How long ago did you buy it?
