I have been given a 3day suspension for selling what ebay believe is a fake item, now i believe its real and did as many checks as i possibly could with the 2nd hand item but once i realised after a buyer was very rude i decided it wasnt worth the hassle and deleted listing myself within 24hours of listing it, now today obviously after a complaint by the rude buyer who sent me the message ebay have said they have taken my item down today (which is wrong as i took it down myself days ago) and given me a 3day suspension for selling items of mine and listings will not be available to see for potential buyers, i think this is wrong and completely unnecessary as i did the honest thing in taking it down myself when there was a slight chance i could be wrong (i still think i am right and they are legit but was willing to take down and do further research with item) how do i stand as i think its unfair any help in matter much appreciated
No point arguing, accept the 3 days suspension & move on.
Read VeRo at bottom of page, some brand owners don't like their items being resold, especcially by someone who has lots of new items, they are suspicious may ne fake.
