I sold an item but e bay havent paid the full amount into my bank account

I sold an item for £7 plus £3 courier charge recently but ebay have only paid £4.92 into my bank account I am still trying to find a way to actually speak to someone about it to find out why they havent paid the correct amount into my bank account

Has anyone else had this problem ?

The bulk of your Fee is for the Listings with a Buy It Now and an Auction charged at 50p a time.

If you are on managed payments ebay take their fees before they pay into your bank account. 

Fees are 12.8% plus 30p handling fee.

Go to your seller account on your summary page and click on 'all account activity' to see exactly what you've been charged for.

Ebay take off their fees before putting the remainder into your account

12.8% plus 30p  of £10 is £1.58

Have you checked on the seller hub under Payments

You added a buy it now to at least some of your listings which costs 50p each time

that would account for £2
