I went to pay by paypal. But this statement came up when I want to pay.
'The merchant has requested an authorisation for this payment and the final payment amount may change when the merchant completes the order.'
What does this mean? Does it means that the final price will be different form the price that I have in the check out? I am having an outright purchase.
Any feedback is apprecieated.
