Payment on hold

I have sold 2 books

Individually.  Both times ebay state my cash is in hold untill I confirm delivery. This is stupid as the buyer can retract the money then I have no cash or item. I have not sent either book and I won't until I receive payment. This is causing issues. Why have I not received payment immediately as normal?

You haven't sold for a while, so looks like you are subject to 21 day hold on funds again.

If you post items tracked, then money is released earlier when it shows as delivered.

If you fail to post buyers items, they will open ebay case & no doubt leave bad feedback.
