Hi, selling manager is asking for info for new VAT regulations.
I have tried to add 20% on individual listings but it is still in to do list.
I have tried to upload the completed report 4 times and it will not upload.
I have added VAT number in manage my shop to be shown on all listings but amount of uncompliant listings in to do list still the same.
What is it asking me to do to be compliant? Can't find any specific instructions in help or info pages.
Tried to contact CS, no response, unavailable.
