Hi all, just thought I would throw this out there and see what you think! An item for auction/make offer. I offered a sum, it was refused. I raised my offer and had no answer. I asked seller a question via ebay and seller said he had a better offer, so fair enough. At the end of the auction the item wasnt sold and the seller put it back on Ebay. Call me old fashioned, but surely this cant be right can it? I am commited to pay the sum I offered, it wasnt rejected, (it wasnt replied to at all) Is the seller not subject to the same binding rules regarding commitment? Has the seller broken Ebay rules? Hope I have made my self clear in this post. Look forward to your thoughts/reply. Thank you.
