why have I not been issued a return label for an item that I bought that was sold as genuine original and it was counterfeit fake reproduction

Have you opened the correct case?

If you opened one for item not as described this enforces the seller to pay for that fully tracked return postage.  A straight return would ask you to pay for that postage.

If the correct case has been opened,  and no label sent,  then just escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand,  and eBay will step in and fully refund you.  Here you will not need to post the item back.
