I've just won a buy it now auction and paid , when I asked the seller about collecting the item they have claimed I've paid for the item twice and I need to request a refund due to incorrect purchase.
I'm hesitant to do this in case the seller is trying to get out of the sale and wants to make it looks like it's my idea.
How should I proceed?
