How do I check if my item is being blocked by a scammers ?

Just sold my caravan in 12 mins ... delighted at first then slow reply from buyer .

wants a week to pick up and pay . 

Long distance away too .

feedback suggests a few poor reviews . 

Why would anyone block a sale on purpose ?  (I am new to eBay ) 

Anything else I can do ?

Caravans are very sought after ATM ... You seem to have covered the essentials =  Cash on collection or Cleared and confirmed Bank transfer payment before handing over the keys and documents to the buyer ... a signed copy of the listing on collection will be useful in the (unlikely) event of an eBay dispute >
