Hello, My item I was selling did not reach the reserve. I didn't realise eBay took a massive 4% to have a reserve. Any way the item was relisted automatically at the end of the auction - I have ended the auction quickly as I will try to sell else whereof try without a reserve again.  will I get charged the reserve fee again if I ended the auto relist  5 mins after it started again? I had a buyer whose never bought from me before message me earlier today and ask how much for all my items I told her I dont offer buy it nows and that I start the items low and I offer postage discounts. i had a few items ending today and as usual a few of my regular bidders placed bids close to the end of the auctions ending then I receicpved this message...  "I find it strange that every time I get outbid it's always for £3.20  I'd rather not bid against the seller"    I was rather upset by this and if truth be told a bit mad so I sent this reply  "That's a cheeky thing to say, I have regular bidders that's always bid at the end, one of whom lives in Norfolk. i'd rather not sell to someone who accuses me of that when all I try to do is sell dog clothes at a reasonable price I shall cancel all your bids...no problem have a nice day regards Alison.   can anyone advise as to what I should/can do thanks so much Xx   ... I have purchased something through eBay, I received the items and wasn't as advertised. Personalized cake boxes, with rose gold foil font. The font was mixture of colours certainly not rose gold. I contacted the seller and sent them back via Royal Mail recorded delivery, (not though eBay using there labels). Seller has since confirmed they have received these back, and said they will sort this out. However since, I have sent seller numerous messages through eBay, only to have one reply, saying, 'I thought this had been sorted out, I will look into it' this was over a week ago. Still had no further contact from seller.  I have tried to contact eBay but can't call a real person (or not able to find the correct number)   The seller has had ample opportunity to rectify this, I have now had enough and want a full refund. Whoa what are Ebay up to !     One of my items of jewellery did not sell so it said "relist this item and lower the price by £1".    I thought that would be ok so pressed relist.  (would start at £7.99 no offers for 5 days)   Ebay added best offer to my listing and said i would accept offers over £4.50 ! its a real good job that i noticed.     Yes i always list on the advanced form as well and am shocked at what they did to my listing.      I only noticed when i had a quick look at the listing after it was relisted.    I defo will be watching out for that in future.      ...
