You have to deal with this youself. Go to the resolution centre [link below] and open a "not as described case". The seller will send a label and when that has happened you print it off. Parcel the item carefully and send off. When it is delivered the seller will refund. If he does not send the label then "escalate" the case to ebay after 3 full business days.
