A buyer opened a full refund case against me and lost but is still messaging me. Do I tell eBay or just ignore it?
Just ingnore them
Put them on your blocked bidders list and then go back and scroll down to
Stop blocked bidders from contacting me

It may not stop straight away but you should always put any problem member on the list
