A buyer opened a full refund case against me and lost but is still messaging me. Do I tell eBay or just ignore it?

I dont know why you can't message someone selling anAuthenticity Guaranteed product because they never seemto leave feedback for me and i cant remind them. CHEERS Folks

What is the point of appealing an eBay returns decision after you've hadto pay a full refund to the buyer. Surely you should be appealing beforehand.

I just sold a pair of nice Moncler trainers on eBay and just basically got forced into a full refund because he's saying they dont fit him.That's notmy fault his feet are too big.They are a size 8 and thats what i wrote.
