What is the point of appealing an eBay returns decision after you've had

to pay a full refund to the buyer. Surely you should  be appealing beforehand.

You cannot appeal beforehand,  because cases are  all  automated,  no human contact.

So you need to wait for a case to end,  and Then appeal ,  mustering all the evidence you have,  any photos etc,  contact eBay and appeal that the buyer has abused their 30 day MBG to gain their refund.
