Listing interface

Normally, when I want to list on ebay I find a listing which is similar and then say 'sell it yourself' and make amends (upload my photos, price, mailing details etc), as needed.  Today, when I tried to do this a very complicated set of screens came up which were not user-friendly at all.  Very difficult to navigate and lists and lists of items.  It looked like a development screen.  I called ebay and they didn;t seem to know what I am talking about!  Can anyone help please? ... Varifying my bank account.

Hi, nearly finalised 'updating my bank details' with ebay , just the ' small amount put into my account to be stated so that ebay is happy it's my account, but there is no small or anyother type of payment from ebay made into my account! Declined a partial refund and looking for pathways to pursue something similar

Hi I accidentally mistook the partial refund as being a partial sum and just going ahead and rejecting it when that was the option I was looking to do as it includes the whole sum of money that I paid for an item. Is there any way I can work around that to get something a refund again as I've been told that the cancellation request from the seller can only be put through once hence my option for the partial refund has been lost. COMBINED POSTAGE

On 2 occassions now I have bid on and won several items from different sellers. When going to the check out I have been given the option to request total from seller. On both occassions I get an error Error code: 80016 One seller at first said no when I asked and claimed she wouldn't make any money if she reduced the payment. I told her she shouldn't be making money on postage and should therefore start bidding at a higher price. I was then offered 10% off however I still wasn't going to pay over £10.00 for postage which should be no more than about £4.00 (including a cardboard box/jiffy bag) This particular sells items on buy it now and postage is free for each subsequent item but wouldn't carry the same policy to auctioned items.
