Good evening    I bought 5 bags of the above-mentioned product but when I opened one of the bag to inspect the pebbles, they did not look at all like the clay pebbles used in offices.  These were black, with plenty cracked pieces.   I'm converting all my houseplants from soil to semi-hydrophonics using leca clay pebbles only and this product doesn’t fit the bill. I explained this to the seller but they said I'm supposed to mix it with soil. No I don't.   The Seller has now closed the return request because the seller stated that "the reason of returning the pebbles were not genuine".  I've spoken to a professional gardener who says those pebbles are more suitable for external gardening.   I contacted the Seller several times to ask about their suitability but despite my attempts, was ignored. Now, they want me to pay for the postage costs before I get my refund.  Postage from Mid-Wales would cost me more than the total cost of the purchase. The Seller also states that they will deduct 25%.   The courier wanted the full name of the recipient as confirmation that the bags were delivered to a names person but this was refused.  I was told it was a warehouse.  Amazon won   Unfortunately, I could not respond on the 16th because I was admitted into hospital with a severe asthma attack.   I've tried to speak with someone at Ebay but unable to. I can't give my real name so I will use a pseudonym:  I have bought and sold for decades since sometime in the previous century using always the same Ebay account, under the name Jack Kennedy.  Now on my most recent sale which I just posted, Ebay is telling me that I cannot get paid unless I provide them with an IBAN for a bank account which must be in the name of Jack Kennedy.  However all of my bank accounts for decades have been under my real name of John Kennedy, Jack is just a nickname, surely you Brits have heard of nicknames??  I have the feeling that my previous purchases and sales under Ebay went by way of PayPal and I never had any trouble with my name on those payments. Anyway here I sit, in a "Community", hassling with an organization which does everything in its power to avoid having to read and answer an email, or allowing its customers to dial a number and talk to a real human being,  If Ebay does not approve my bank account I will have to tell the buyer that I cannot deliver unless he sends me the money directly. I have recently posted an item to Saudi Arabia which was returned to me saying that the address was incorrect.  I contacted the buyer and he said that the post office there now require a telephone number as well as an address (which he hadn't given).  I have re-posted it, but how to I invoice the buyer for the extra postage? As far as ebay is concerned the item has been sold and posted and there doesn't seem to be an option to invoice the buyer again.  Any ideas? ... View more

They have put my case on hold, with an answer that shows they only read the first line and did not understand the issue and why the item will not be delivered as they seller did only put half the delivery address and is refusing to correct it?  my case is now on hold till 25th July.  do they compensate for inconvenience?  it was supposed to be delivered 7th July, shipped in time for that but been in a warehouse as there is not a full address!!! then I had to wait days to open a case and eBay just put it on hold without looking in or reading all details! what should I do?  I feel I shouldn't have to wait 4 weeks from original order before the chance (assuming that occours at the next stage) of a refund! ... My account got suspended for listing to much, I thought I could list more when I appealed and it didn't work, eBay has now suspended my account and withheld my payment from sales I have already made from me.
