Awaiting a payment, but.. account has no record of payment

in transactions i have no payment or pending

but it shows he has paid.

i have messaged him.. nothing yet

has anyone got a clue?

Where does it say they have paid

That seems to say Waiting for payment

It also give the option to cancel which could be then new ebay 

non payment function where you wait 4 days and then cancel the sale to get your fees back

The non payer gets a non payment strike.

The item sold on the 11th so it is time for cancel and relist as it says.

its says paid on the 16th..

but i have nothing in my account..

Go to seller hub & payments, it will show status, if buyer paid 16th, you won''t get it in your bank until Tuesday, you still need to post ASAP.

Checked the seller hub, nothing not processed or on hold.. and still no contact from buyer.. think I'll just relist Monday.. I've messaged him again my plans.
