seller cancelled auction

just won an auction, then told the seller has cancelled the auction because the "new" item is damaged or out of stock, this allowed behaviour by ebay makes ebay look stupid, they lose all credibility as an auction site, will not use again.

Expired label

DHL never collected an item that I have sold contacted them several times all they kept saying was were pick it up tomorrow morning and they haven’t now the label has expired how do I get a new label and also won’t too put a complaint in against DHL

Refunds don't include eBay credits
