Hi everyone this is my first ever post on eBay
I have recently ordered an item last week and have checked the purchase history and can see that the item was delivered today, but I did not receive an email regarding the code or cannot see the collection code in the purchase history option. I have been using click and collect all the item and this is the first time I have come across this. I have spoken to the live chat agent and they have told me the relevant department will get in touch with me in 24 hours. I need the item urgently and I hope that they come back to me. Is there anyone else that can help me on this matter?

Just check you email spam folder, you should get a message on ebay as well but email is your back up.
24hrs call back that old chestnut very rare they do call you back,
So better sort it yourself
Or get them to ring you eBay Customer Service
Actually speak to someone best do it first thing tomorrow morning
Better chance of getting Dublin and some that clearly understands your problem.

I have been collecting items using the click & collect option for years now and recently noticed that although I receive the collection code in my ebay messages, these aren't forwarded to my email as most ebay messages are. It's a mystery to me why this has just recently started happening but perhaps it's the same for you.
Please check your Messages in your MyeBay - you might have one that says "Order update - Your order is ready for collection".
Also, if you click on the relevant order's 'View Order Details' in your ebay Purchase History you might see a Pickup code. If you give this to the store that you are expecting to collect your parcel from they will be able to release it to you.
