If anyone can help I would be grateful, thanks.  I started a returns request as a lamp arrived with damage and so was not as described.  The seller agreed it was chipped but said they didn’t add the chip to the description as she didn’t want to confuse any buyer as it wasn’t that noticeable.  Anyway I had an email saying my returns request has been approved and to hold tight for the postal label.  It said the seller will provide me with a returns postal label.  Shortly after I had a full refund of purchase price and it is now showing my returns request is complete.  I messaged the seller today saying I still hadn’t received the postal label.  They are saying they have asked eBay to send me one and it will arrive shortly.  I’ve never had to return anything before so wondered if I have to just wait now for this label or should I pay to return the item.  Will the returns label arrive in an email initially as Ive looked in my purchase history, the returns section and there is no option to print the label.  If she doesn’t provide me with a postage label should I go to the resolution centre when Im able to.  Thank you for any help.   ... Hi  l would like to report a fraud. I have a purchased one item Bose sound bar on eBay the transaction number 01 Feb, 2021 ORDER NUMBER 25-06509-01297 and doesn't much with description. I did open request and contact with the seller and we have agreement that to avoid the hassle to return the item l did ask the seller for compensation of 30% refund. And after that l closed the case knowing that the seller will refund to me the 30%. Until know l haven't received any money and the seller stop responding for my messages. So I selected the "item didn't fit" when raising a return, where I should have selected item not as described as the item doesn't fit my make model and year of car as it was described/advertised. However due to this I have to pay for postage now. Which is over half the value of the item. eBay cannot change the reason or cancel the return, to allow me to raise the return again using the correct reason. eBay phoned and said this is because their software won't allow them to do it. One reason could be that the seller's return policy states no returns accepted. I did contact the seller prior to raising return and he said no problem! Doesn't seem right that I'm penalised for a small error in raising a return and eBay admin can't help! ... View more

Hi. I am trying to buy hearing aids on ebay. I am interested in Oticon hearing aids. I understand that it is possible to buy via ebay Oticon aids that are in fact the property of the NHS. They have a special set of numbers on  them and are "locked" apparently. Are there many of this type of hearing aid for sale on ebay? Can anyone tell me how you can tell ahead of buying an aid whether they are the no-no NHS sort? Does ebay have any guidance/protocol when a buyer lands up with one of these NHS aids?
