Hello, So i purchased an item for £300 and upon receipt of the padded envelope, there is a large cute in the side and the item has been taken out. I knew this was a gamble when purchasing as the ebay account had feedback saying an item didnt arrive and the seller is selling the exact same item. I quireid him on it but he said he had two of them. I dont want to mark it as ''hasnt arrived'' because tracking shows it has, so what should i do ? I have spoke to him and he says he will contact hermes. Regards, Rob.

I bid on an item - a used heater - and was the only bidder. I lost it at the last minute and the price was £1 above mine. The other bidder's identity was private. I think they were hoping I was still at the computer when the auction ended, and would bid higher, because I had messaged the seller 30 minutes before the end, but had to leave the desk. I suppose I would have bid higher had I stayed. The same item was immediately listed again at a higher start price by the same seller. There is a spelling mistake the same as before. I sent a message asking if they had bid against me and relisted. I doubt I will get a reply. They could have withdrawn the item and that would be acceptable.

i started a return case, but then cancelled it because i entered wrong information. thinking i could start over because i still want to return the item but ebay wont let me restart the return. any suggestions?

II ordered a n Item in good faith on e Bay, but soon after I get a message from E Bay that the seller is no longer an E Bay member. So I am left high and dry by E Bay with no way of contacting the seller. Surely this is not legal under UK law REGARDS TERRY

I recently received a damaged item from an eBay seller. I messaged them immediately where they apologised and asked for pictures. I sent pictures and they seller offered a replacement item or a refund. I asked for a refund and the seller messaged to say they had processed this. As I thought the issue was resolved I didn't keep the item. The refund was taking longer than usual so I messaged again and again the seller said they would process it again. The refund has not been processed and the seller is not responding to any messages anynore. Is there anything I can do without still having the item?

I have a defective item (monobloc tap) which I want to return outside the sellers return period. its advertised as a 180 trial with a life time guarantee, The seller is not contactable and appears to have blocked me. Ebay cannot help so how do I escalate this as its clearly a sellers con. And the ebay site does appear to have anyway of reporting or discussing this issue which is why I am raising this on the forum.

I purchased a set of wiper arms. When I went to collect I found them to be defective. So I took photographs and left with the sellers work mates, telling them I'll be leaving them with them and wanting a refund. I messaged the seller, no response. I've started a return, apparently the seller has accepted that there will be a return. But I have to send the item, which I do not have. Should I print the label and send a empty packet? Or would that only confuse matters and make my claim invalid. Very annoying, any help would be great. Thanks, Mat
