how do i switch back to classic layout as newer layouts are far too unnecessarilly complex.why does ebay think they know what people prefer & force it upon us ?

thanks,buyer isnt in my blocked list.ive removed all conditions on buyers allowed but still this buyer cant bid on more than one item, even after ive relisted the second item he wants.
