feedback revision

as a buyer i was left positive feedback but with negative comments by the seller by mistake.

ebay told her it was down to the buyer to request a feedback change but i cant seem to get anything changed.

seller has apologised & left an addition note on feedback.

but i would like it changed or removed.

any ideas?

Oh dear, it seems you're not the only buyer this seller has 'accidently' left negative feedback for

They don't seem to realise that sellers have not been able to leave actual red dot negative feedback for buyers for over 12 years and have therefore abused the feedback system.

You need to report this to ebay cs yourself and they will remove it, also point out that the seller has left the same comment for a number of other buyers.

Your seller 'lied' when they told you that ebay had said you as the buyer would need to request a feedback revision request, I doubt very much the seller spoke to ebay atall.
