The best option would be to ask the seller of the item.  The people posting replies on this forum are just other buyers and sellers - there are no eBay staff replying to any of these queries.  Nobody on this forum knows what item you have been looking at, and it is very unlikely that the seller of the item would actually see your query on these forums.  Use the "Ask Seller A Question" link on the listing and ask him/her that way.  If you do that then you should receive an answer to your question.

In answer to your two questions that you posted since I replied the first time, as I said earlier, nobody on the forums actually knows who the seller is that you are trying to contact. Locate the listing that you looked at to start with when you first saw the item and the seller's User ID will be displayed on the listing. If you did not save the listing to your Watch List then try looking for it by selecting Recently Viewed Items to see if you can locate the advertisement that way.

Once you have located the listing in question click on the "More Actions" option to the right of the listing, then when the drop-down menu appears click on "Contact Seller." A new list should appear with a range of options describing why you want to contact the seller - click on the option that is the closest match to the reason why you want to contact the seller, then type your message in the big white box that appears on the screen. Once you have done that click on "Send" and once the seller has read the message you ought to receive a reply in relation to your query. If you receive a reply then when you look at the Messages tab on your My eBay page you should see a number 1 in brackets to indicate that you have one unread message. If the number is greater than 1 then that just means that you have more than one unread message to read.

Ebay is a shopping platform on which millions of independent sellers offer their wares. So contact the seller of the item. Only they will have the answer. The 'contact seller' link is on the item listing you were looking at before you came to these forums.

Also, you are in the US, and this is the UK site. So log out, and back into ebay.com to do your shopping, and use the Help pages and forums over there when you need to.
