So I'm a business seller and I had a parcel go missing all the way back
in November of last year, for which the buyer opened up a case and I
refunded them. I then proceeded to file a claim through Royal Mail's
website, submitting the tracking, postag...
So, I have had a lot of INR cases in the last 2 weeks (When I say a lot,
I mean about 10, that's as many as I received in the last 12 months). 3
or 4 have now arrived....after 10-14 days. That's utterly bonkers.
Anyone else having this sort of issue?
I expect this is a temporary glitch as, even by eBay's standards, it
would make zero sense if it was a deliberate change. I noticed a
