@cobwebcottageI didn’t get that far, saw Evri and tuned out, but gone are the days I had a 100+ parcels a week on here. 
But I’m sure there will be takers, as we all have courier preferences.

I've checked and I am viewing the page as a business seller. I can't find anything about HubEurope-powered "Smart Shipping" on eBay even via Google; just this page about "exclusive bulky parcel pricing" which links here.

You're looking in Seller News, it's actually in November Update, which on my hub is four down from the top in announcements. Hope this helps

I'm seeing the same as you - no mention of smart shipping. ebay seems to be trying to tie up business postage with this and the seller protection that's been added to ebay labels.
