Ebay callback

Up until a few days ago I have been able to go to a page and request a callback usually within 2 mins. Can someone point me in right direction please

The call back option has temporarily been suspended as it's so busy this time of year.

This will take you to the chat box. If you keep putting in 'customer service' you may eventually get the option for a call back.

eBay have removed it.  All we can do now is click on help at top of page, get to auto assistant and ask to speak to an agent.  Repeat request until you get a real person.
