Hello
I have number of labels not being used due to different courier used but I now find these are not automatically refunded to my account. How do I receive this refund. My understanding was any labels not being used should be automatically refunded but that does not seem to be the case. Do we need to void label to get a refund or something can be done now
Please can someone guide.

If you (the seller) paid for an unused Simple Delivery label you can cancel it here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
You will only get a refund if the postage you bought is tracked and you added that tracking number to the system. Or if the buyer paid for it it will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.

It's only the buyers who get an automatic refund if the Simples Delivery label isn't used.
Sellers have to apply for it!
If your item can't be delivered to the buyer, it'll be returned to you. If you need help with returns, visit our Manage returns, missing items, and refunds for sellers article for more information.
If you don't use the Simple Delivery label provided, you or your buyer will be refunded, depending on who paid for postage.
