Accessing Funds Not Working

I normally manually take my funds each week on this business account and also on a private account I have.

 

On this business account, when I go to the part to withdraw, it just takes me to "All Transactions" page and I cannot find anywhere else how to get access to my funds.

 

On my private account, I do get the box up to select how much I want to withdraw, but the "withdraw" box is greyed out.

 

Anyone else having this problem please.

Yep,  it seems to be the  glitch of the day,  you are not alone, as a few others are reporting this today.

 

As with all these all too common now glitches, it usually is a case of ' please try again later! '

 

I would try again a little later on today, and if there are no holds on your payment hopefully then,  it should be available for withdrawal.

I just talked with costumer service and she said they know about this glitch and the team working to fix it

Not sure if it's the same problem, but I have weekly payouts every Tuesday (get the message Monday night without fail), but got nothing today! Funds are there, nothing on hold, so I contacted eBay customer services, and they said they're aware of technical problems, and quite a few people have been reporting on it. Apparently they're working on it.

We have received other reports of this issue this morning and there is an open ticket  with tech who are currently working on it to resolve. I'll add your accounts to the ticket and once there is a further update on the fix I will post back.

Seems to be fixed now. The withdraw button on my private account is now working. Took a few goes on this business account but eventually managed to request a payout.

Hi All,

 

Tech have confirmed this issue as resolved. If your withdraw button is still showing as greyed out please delete cache and cookies and load the page again.

As this also impacted scheduled payouts for yesterday if you still have not received this then you can select the on demand option.

**The issue is still unresolved.** I used to withdraw funds manually via the mobile app—it worked fine until July 15, and it hasn't worked since. I've tried everything short of dancing around a bonfire with a tambourine: contacted support multiple times via messages and phone calls, updated my banking information, waited two days trusting the support team's promises that it would be fixed soon, tried different browsers including Google Chrome and its Incognito mode, used various devices—nothing worked.

On mobile, after completing verification, I can get to the grayed-out "Withdraw Funds" button and admire my "available" balance, but the button remains unclickable. I still can’t withdraw my balance to my card.

I also tried setting up an automatic daily payout. My bank shows that the direct debit mandate is confirmed, but the money is not arriving in my account.

Frankly, I'm not enjoying this kind of experience. My orders are piling up like dead weight, since I have no confidence that I’ll even be able to withdraw the funds. I'm starting to cancel the oldest ones to avoid disappointing buyers and getting negative feedback (though that doesn’t help much either). I’m losing money I could have earned, and I’m waiting on a subscription charge that so far hasn’t paid off.

If this issue isn’t resolved within two days, I’ll be closing my store and start looking into other platforms. I'm extremely disappointed
