Anyone else having a problem with downloading their January Financial Statement - the pdf summary document? I just keep being asked to Verify it's me by entering my password but can't progress any further.

Thought it was strange app not working same day as new rules arrived. Got a call back from ebay who confirmed some users could not phone app. I was asked my phone make and version. Assured they are looking into problem. I miss my phone app!
App on repeat cycle to update
Keep getting repeated message to update since yesterday. Go to update, just says uninstall or open, so O pressed open, back to the pop up about updating or cancel... Very frustrating, does eBay ever give answers on here?
