Update not working STILL

I cant use the older version of eBay as every time i go into it is says, older version needed, download,   Press down load, takes me back to App Store, then to eBay home page, older version needed, round and round we go and still wont work……. Anyone got any ideas????? Thanks..

There's been big issues with the app  only Android 10 and higher versions will work.
