Mines is 'just';

Its ODD as I'm only getting for PC GPU,s and on Drones (DJI), so I can't spend any money on these and have missed many }:-|
On whatever {e274751-1260494x} means, there's no look up of or what parameters this relates to, 'support' aren't / can't / don't know / won't say what it really means or what causes it.
From my attempted purchases;
The Sellers and myself are in the same country, there are no 'my country' exclusions from the sellers, and this is happening on multiple items,
from multiple (same country as myself) sellers,
both business or private sellers,
be it buy-it-now, offer or bidding, and
be that on 2 different PCs and the Android App,
so I suggest there's a system problem be that with some account and or item class processing?
Despite getting a case ref and alledged escallation all I've managed to get from support after 9 days, is well you have used a VPN (only on one device..) and that use isn't ebay policy , and it may or can cause suspicious activity on your account... Advice; sign out, dont use vpn, clear cache cookies etc and wait 24 hours... yet they can't explain really why the error, or why it is so nonsensical / missleading, or why it is only across some items and not all . Or why if its vpn, that I can bid/offer/buy other items fine, but still just not GPUs or DJI Drones!?
And of course I can't get to / be put in touch with any proper tech/codie support to explain what the error trapping/ message is really about and being triggered by, or find someone that really cares enough to progress / look into it / do a code search for the error trigger.
Well despite following the advice ... the problem is still exactly the same.

Why is customer service from corporations so difficult these days.
Support did comment that they're not getting any other reports of this error -
So If any of you are suffering this 'error' to help us get some traction from Ebay, Please may I suggest we all report the error to customer services, the more it gets reported then maybe they'll start to look into it.
