Live listings not showing on app

Hi,

Hoping someone might be able to help with an issue ive got.

Customer has reported one of my listings that they were watching had dissapeared from the app - they recieved a message saying "you cant purchase this item from our app. Add to your watchlist". 

Ive checked myself and the listing simply doesnt exist on the app. Ive searched using item number and also via the full listing title. No results show. However on the web, all is fine. This is a long standing listing of quite a few years and ive since noticed a few others are not showing on the app so god knows how many more are not actually advertised on the app! 

Ive tried contacting a human but cant get past the Ai chatbot and was wondering if anyone had experienced similar issues or can suggest a way to contact someone of use within ebay to take a look at my account?

Does the listing in question include the word 'digital' by any chance?   (I think this has come up before on PS5s and other items)

Yes it does include the word 'digital' in the title. Is this causing an issue do you think?

It may vey well be the issue,  revise the item remove the word digital, and send the member interested a message to try again as the listing has been revised

Yes you are bang on with that one! Your soloution has indeed worked so thanks vey much, that has saved me hours of endless head banging with customer services. Your help is much appreciated.

Makes you wonder what other curve *bleep* are being thrown at us though, i mean i have several listings that essentially have not been getting advertised on an extremely large proportion of ebay (the app). Throw in the fact that i pay extra for promotions etc., it is very frustrating!!
