Technical issue

I keep getting: 'To require immediate payment, you must specify a Buy it now price', when I try to list an item for auction.  Where's the button to turn off 'immediate payment' - I can't find it anywhere? This is the first time I've had this happen.

I got the following reply from tommystrezures (thank you), but couldn’t figure out how to respond directly to the reply, so have had to repeat my original question as above,  Tommystrezures advised ‘Goto hub, click on buyer requirements there are three tick boxes untick top two for immediate payment.’

After loads of hunting everywhere and in seller hub, I found ‘buyer management’ and then ‘buyer rules’, which didn’t eliminate ‘immediate payment’.  I couldn’t find ‘buyer requirements’ or the three tick boxes to untick the top two to get rid of ’immediate payment’.  What am I doing wrong?  Sorry to be so embarrassingly tech-inept.

Hi harriet365, thanks for your post.

 

This wouldn't be a technical issue. During your listing flow in your listing page, you will see a "See pricing options" in the price section. If you click on it, you will see option to disable immediate payment. Once you disable it, you won't need to specify a buy it now price. I am attaching a couple of screenshots below, for better visibility, just so you can find it easier and quicker.
